Well said, and I know you would not be able to write these things if you were not experiencing them. Good for you, it's a great feeling to begin to see through the veil of "me."
Yeah, self realization is the most beautiful thing that can happen to a human being and it's our birth right, here and now. Thank you for the restack, Don.
lol, I actually felt the need to look up the term “mystical” in the dictionary before responding to you. I don’t think there is anything necessarily mystical about realizing that the nature of “me” is more conceptual than physical. Yes, we have a body, but I think 90% of what we think of as our “self“ is more based on who we believe we are than who we actually are.
At the same time, I don’t actually remember saying that I am not mystical, but you may have surmised that from the way I write and what I write about. 💚
Couldn't agree more! The physical body and the spiritual body are different sides of the same coin with the spiritual body being more intuitive like something we feel and experience.

Don, I thought 💭 you posted once that you are Not into the mystical.
My error.

Don, I don’t remember your exact words, you may have said you prefer practical.
Anyway, glad to see I was mistaken 😌.

I remember my first moment of not having a thought. I was dancing, in the joy of motion, sound,
and timelessness. I most certainly must have been smiling.
Lovely words lovely visuals. Thank you.
